Audio Test 04/23: „Schon im oft zitierten Intro (Frank Oceans, Titel „Pilot Jones“ vom Album „Channel Orange“), […] zeigen die AYERS One Wireless Lautsprecher ihr ganzes Können. Sofort entsteht eine magische Dimension im Hörraum. Auf einer weit geöffneten Stereobühne tummeln sich respondierende Chöre vor anschwellenden Synthesizer-Klängen. Oceans Stimme bewegt sich derweil locker im leckersten Falsett, dem Einsatzbereich der 30mm High End Seiden-Hochtonkalotte, die mit viel Präzision einen stets warmen und glockenklaren Job macht, ohne dabei jemals schrill oder überbetont zu klingen.

Wir konstatieren noch eine fulminante Separation der instrumentalen Akteure, als uns auch schon der satte Bass in Richtung Körpersensationen schiebt. Atemberaubend von einem 15 cm Langhub-Tieftöner mit glasfaserverstärkter Papiermembran in Szene gesetzt. An dieser Stelle hätten die aktiven Ayers One reichlich Gelegenheit für etwaige Unsauberkeiten, doch nichts dergleichen. Alles klingt satt, spritzig, definiert und hochauflösend sowie in seiner Gesamtheit wohl austariert.

Fazit:Das lange Warten auf die AYERS Wireless Aktivlautsprecher mitsamt der HD10 Stream Connect Schaltzentrale hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Mit knapp 3.200 Euro in der Grundausstattung kredenzte uns INKLANG ein modernes und audiophiles Set-Up, das seinesgleichen sucht – kompromisslos und faszinierend zugleich!“

Audio 08/22: "The start was made by Rebecca Pidgeon with the song "Kalerka". The drums, gently beaten with brooms, were resolved velvety, the fine dynamics of the plucked guitar strings were fine-beaded. The voice of the US actress and singer detached effortlessly from the diaphragms and purred seductively through the listening room. The spatial imaging and the fine resolution appealed to me right away. [...]

The catchy guitar riff created a hypnotic effect, which fit well with the mystical nimbus of the speaker. The transparency and silky treble reproduction were again at their best. Even the bass is very present for a compact speaker, although there are physical limits to the low end.

Summary: The AYERS One is an exceptional talent in terms of transparency and spatiality. The only "problem": sound and appearance do not quite match the price of 1600 Euros. The Ayers One plays in a higher class than the price suggests.”

Regallautsprecher Test - HiFi-IFAs 08/22: „Mit den kleinen AYERS One ist INKLANG ein großer Wurf gelungen. Das Design und die Verarbeitung sind erste Sahne. Die Regallautsprecher sind problemlos in der Aufstellung und fluten den Raum bei jeder Art von Aufstellung großzügig und plastisch mit Musik, auch außerhalb des Sweetspot kommt der Genuss nicht zu kurz.

Die Wiedergabe ist sehr natürlich und durchsichtig mit einem herrlich trockenen Bass. Auch sehr hochwertige Elektronik wissen die AYERS One zu goutieren. Wer TRaumklang aus kompakten Lautsprechern sucht, sollte die Hamburgerinnen in die engere Wahl ziehen.“

Regallautsprecher Test - Audio 08/22: „Den Start machte Rebecca Pidgeon mit dem Song „Kalerka“. Die mit Besen sanft geschlagenen Drums wurden samtig aufgelöst, die Feindynamik der gezupften Gitarrensaiten war feinperlig. Die Stimme der US-amerikanischen Schauspielerin und Sängerin löste sich mühelos von den Membranen und säuselte verführerisch durch den Hörraum. Die räumliche Abbildung und die feine Auflösung gefielen mir auf Anhieb. […]

Das eingängige Gitarrenriff erzeugte eine hypnotische Wirkung, das passte  gut zu dem mystischen Nimbus des Lautsprechers. Die Transparenz und seidige Höhenwiedergabe waren auch hier wieder vom Feinsten. Selbst der Bass ist für eine kompakte Box sehr präsent, auch wenn dem Tiefgang physikalische Grenzen gesetzt sind. 

FAZIT: Die AYERS One ist in Sachen Transparenz und Räumlichkeit ein Ausnahmetalent. Einziges „Problem“: Klang und Optik passen nicht ganz zum Preis von 1600 Euro. Die AYERS One spielt in einer höheren Klasse, als es der Preis vermuten lässt.“

HiFi-IFAs 08/23: “The concept of the fully digital hi-fi system with the streaming hub HD 10 Stream Connect and the active bookshelf speakers AYERS One Wireless works. LowBeats 07/2021: "A bookshelf speaker the way you want it. Not only that you can have it painted in almost any available color: The smallest model in the Ayers line is open to almost all amplifiers and is pleasantly uncritical when it comes to installation. Means: You can push it very close to the rear wall without having to fear loss of sound.

Most of all, however, is their sound appearance. The great similarity to the AYERS Four recently tested at LowBeats shows that INKLANG has very precise ideas about an independently good sound. And that this can obviously also be implemented with the small models. I would like to have such a powerful bass and such fine and clear mids more often in this class - but unfortunately there is none. Regallautsprecher Test - Lite Magazin 22.12.2020: „Mit der AYERS One ist INKLANG ein Meisterstück gelungen. In gerade einmal 20 Litern Außenvolumen verbinden die Hamburger ein perfekt gearbeitetes Gehäuse mit hochkarätigen Treibern zu einem kleinen passiven Klangwunder. […] Bereits während ich die ersten Töne spiele, fällt mir die beeindruckende Breite auf, die die Lautsprecher über ihre Basis hinaus aufspannen.

Über alle Frequenzbereiche hinaus spielen die kleinen und großen Orgel-Pfeifen beherzt und präzise auf. Die Abbildung ist angenehm neutral und mit nur minimalem Hang zur wärmeren Darstellung. Der Hochtöner reagiert im Übergang zum Mitteltonbereich aber angenehm agil. Das übrigens in einer Harmonie, die man sich kaum besser wünschen könnte. Grandios reichen die Ayers One dann den „Ungarischen Tanz Nummer 5“ weiter, intoniert von den Berliner Symphonikern. Alle Instrumente finden ihren korrekten Standort auf der Bühne. Natürlich reproduziert und akustisch fein aufgegliedert.“

Regallautsprecher Test - LowBeats 07/2021: "Eine Kompaktbox, wie man sie sich wünscht. Nicht nur, dass man sie in so gut wie jeder verfügbaren Farbe lackieren lassen kann: Das kleinste Modell der Ayers-Linie ist fast allen Verstärker gegenüber aufgeschlossen und bleibt auch bei der Aufstellung erfreulich unkritisch. Heißt: Man darf sie recht dicht an die Rückwand schieben, ohne, dass Klangeinbußen zu befürchten wären.

Am meisten allerdings erfreut ihr klanglicher Auftritt. Die große Ähnlichkeit zu der kürzlich bei LowBeats getesteten AYERS Four zeigt, dass man bei INKLANG sehr präzise Vorstellungen von einem eigenständig-gutem Klang hat. Und dass man den offenkundig auch bei den kleinen Modellen umsetzen kann. Einen so kernigen Bass und so feinzeichnende und klare Mitten hätte ich in dieser Klasse gern öfter – gibt es aber leider nicht.
